| The Founder and Director of Toledo.com. Ian has a vast Internet development skill set which includes Unix web server administration, software development, ecommerce development and a focus on online marketing. Founded Toledo's first ISP in 1994 at the age of 26. | John is Toledo.com's content guru and manages the go to market strategy for the site's sales and product development. He also has a strong ecommerce marketing skill set and consults with many of Toledo.com's ecommerce clients. John is a native Toledoan. |

Haik is the backbone of Toledo.com's design. He spends his days mocking up new web layouts and creating logos for our clients. He has a extensive web and print experience and has traveled all over the world taking amazing photography. |

Brandy is an Account Services Specialist. She helps manage our current and future clients and also helps with project management. She has a BA in Film Studies, a MA in Journalism and an extensive background in media and communications. | |||||

| Jeremy has an extensive technical skill set that is complimented with a gift of graphical design. He understands that bits and bites of HTML, DHTML, PHP, Flash and many other advanced technologies needed to orchestrate dynamic web solutions. | Callie is Toledo.com's research and content management specialist. A typical day for Callie would be managing the next mass email or working on content for a new client's web site. She has a special flair for creating email campaigns that get products selling online. See some of her graphical email creations here. |

Kyle started as a Web Design intern but was quickly promoted to a staff Web Designer. Kyle is currently a student at BGSU in the VCT Department. He has an excellent skill set and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. |

Brent is our Designer/Developer reinforcement. When any of the other designers are out of commission, he steps in to do the job. Having a fair balance of design and functionality, he is able to both complete artful interfaces and build user-friendly web pages in HTML, PHP and Flash. |
