Initial Contact
Start by calling us at 419-776-7000, chatting with us at AIM (dns@toledo.com), or by filling out our Design Request Quote form
Phone Consultation or Inperson Meeting (if you are local)
Once we hear from you, our Design Team will talk with you on the phone to get a sense of your vision and needs. We'll ask some questions about what you're looking for in a website, what web sites you compete agains, goals, budget constraints, and then provide you with an initial assessment of your options and a quote.

Content Inventory
We'll work with you and help you get organized and prepared to gather images, text, links and logos that you want to be part of your new web site.





Design
We'll incorporate your content and ideas into an initial mock-up of your site, and your account rep will notify you when the initial draft is ready for your review. You'll be able to view and approve the design of suggest changes. If there are changes we will create a revised design and recontact you rofr approval.

Domain Preperation, Hosting, Email Set-up and Optional SPAM Protection
We'll work with you to register a domain name in your name, create the right hosting package for your needs, set-up any emails you require and put SPAM protection in place to protect your staff from SPAM and viruses.

Go Live and Train Your Team
We will put the site online and train your team of any special software we install. Most of our sites are created on a CMS platform that allows you to make updates to all pages and menu's on the web site. This will save you money and time rather then hiring us to make simple changes.

 







Changing the site once it's published:

Once your site is live, you can call us at any time with major grpahical changes or additions. We offer low-cost maintenance plans that keep your site fresh and invigorated and which can significantly lower your costs on a month-by-month basis.
